Description
Summary:Bogor City is a city in West Java Province which is one of the regions in Indonesia with serious air pollution problems. The physical development of the city and the establishment of industrial centers along with the soaring use of motorized vehicles have increased traffic density and production waste output which is one source of air pollution. Besides, the household, agriculture, livestock, and waste sectors also contribute to producing emissions in the air. Emission inventory studies have been carried out, but not much has been developed spatially and specifically for cities in Indonesia. In this study, an inventory of emissions was carried out for the Bogor City area. The emission inventory is carried out based on data that has been collected annually and is calculated for Particulate Matter (PM) air pollutants, sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon dioxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and Greenhouse Gases (GHGs). Emission inventory calculations are carried out to project the burden of emissions in 2015-2019 in Bogor City. The approach taken to calculate air emissions in the city of Bogor uses a top-down approach, which is to calculate the burden of emissions produced based on the source of fuel used by using emission factors in general combined with regional level activity data. Inventory calculation results show that the transportation sector is the most dominant in producing CO air emissions by an average of 99.72% or 16.896,688 tons/year, NOx by 80% or 1000,43 tons/year, PM2.5 an average of 77% or 17,0041 tons/year, PM10 an average of 77% or 17 tons/year, and Green House Gas (GHG) of 61% or 474.006,209 tons/year. The industrial sector is the most dominant sector in producing SO2 emissions, which is an average of 66% or as much as 4,896 tons/year of total SO2 emissions in Bogor City. The gridding results that Bogor Tengah has the highest amount of pollutant among all region
