The Doctor who has been working at the hospital according to the old or new paradigm is still to be excellent care in the health service at the hospital. But, from base on few of the experts research from the past until today, a doctor\'s behavior is still not change, autocratic characteristic, autonomy, individual and inclined to neglect the others factor at the outside them self if that do not one way with personal importance. At the beginning complain to doctors behavior come from the patient, but latter on come from the hospital management, too.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Based on all that, there are the questions and thought concerning, good or bad conditions of that, a long with everything that the doctor do in daily life for that further there is research about the doctor\'s behavior who is working at the hospital every day in connection with position like as individual person, member of profession and the member of hospital organization doctor who become to be respondent are made doctor (the excellent supporting family) who is working at the hospital in the regency territory and the city hall of Bandung and also the doctor which a wife occupation.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Resulting from the research take the information that the daily\'s doctor oriented dominance by personnel\'s important (53,97 %) mean while doctor\'s bundle to the organization just 34,47 % and to the professionalism about 11,56 %.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Base on daily activity, doctor\'s orientation and interaction with the organization and environment mention above. There fore to conclusion that the doctor\'s bundle to organization are extremely less or with the other word the doctor who is working at the hospital is not include to creature of organization.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Because of that to adjust all kinds of personnel\'s importance, profession and hospital Organization, in the last of section are given suggessioii to fix that are arrange to certainly double jobs, to step up to prepare the other doctor\'s, arrange job schedule and practice be optimal role of f fofession organization and forums in expedient to be good behavior, encourage of research in s j acious organization behavior, step up jlarbling structural about the doctor activity to the public.<p align=\"justify\"> |
