<b>Abstrak :</b><p align="justify"> This thesis is a case study on implementation of Autonomous Distributed Manufacturing System (ADiMS) for develop Production Detail Schedule in PT. INKA Madiun. <br /> <p align="justify"> This study mentioned of two step. Step one is looking for suitability of the ADiMS basic concept with production condition of PT.INKA. Step two is case study on making production detail schedule for under frame ballast hopper wagon using ADiMS Scheduling System. <br /> <p align="justify"> This thesis discuss about scheduling system problems that we meet at PT. INKA. The main problem in this system is performance of the system to respond dynamic condition of production. The view of equipment loading is really necessary. This view needed for analysis of following plan like over time, shift system, sub-contract planning. <br /> <p align="justify"> The result of case study on step two in this thesis tell that ADiMS Scheduling System can show the loading of the equipment. By this data we can make plan of overtime, shift and sub-contract more reasonable. <br /> <p align="justify"> Otherwise, we found several points have to customize to meet the requirement of PT. INKA's Scheduling System.
