In making a sensor, one of the steps needed is to characterize the sensor. The characterization of the air humidity sensor can be carried out using an air humidity sensor test equipment. The design of the air humidity sensor test equipment has been carried out by a master student at ITB, but there are problems in terms of time, the inability to control temperature, and the inaccuracy in achieving the relative humidity of the air because it still uses salt solution as a component of the air relative humidity modifier. In the design of this air humidity sensor test instrument, a device is designed that can condition the temperature and relative humidity of the air, record and display the results of the characterization of the air humidity sensor. In supporting the air relative humidity sensor test equipment, a user interface design is needed and a system capable of storing sensor characterization data. The interface design in this tool uses a web server built in ESP32. Then, the data storage system on this tool uses SPIFFS or the ESP32 Serial Peripheral Interface Flash File System. text |
