Summary:<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The improvement of technological, educational, and informational system, the need for professional staff seems to increase in both management and business sectors.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Corporations require potential and professional human resources who are able to deal with the problems in their corporation.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> In the light of such a business need, it appears that a Magister Management Program is very necessary. Indeed, development of technology has had an effect on the increase of the need for professional staff, specifically management staff who not only understands management but also modern technology.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> It is reasonable that there is some kind of trend to take care of Magister Management Programs by the foremost educational organizations in Indonesia, universities, or general institutes.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> As an excellent public college in technology, ITB is also making a Magisterial Management Program, which is called Program MM-ITB.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> However, looking at many competitors for MM-ITB right now, it is necessary to design a marketing strategy, and based on observations of differentiation strategy, an increase in promotions has been proposed.
