In these day and age, we see an increasing need of virtual 3D building models in CityGML format. From an assortment of building levels of detail (LOD) that is described within CityGML, LOD2 is regarded as a significant LOD for building models for the reason that LOD2 contains roof geometries. The presence of roof geometries within the model gave way to use cases such as determining the right spot to install solar panels on building roofs. Furthermore, if the model contains information about the interior of the building, it will opens up many more analysis scenarios. If the model is going to be created manually, it will consume much time and manual labor. By that sole reason, a modelling program that can lessen the time and effort to create LOD2 building models with interior is needed. In addition, having a program will open up opportunities to use the program more than once in different locations/datasets. The modelling program that was created succesfully constructs LOD2 buildings with interiors with a side note that geometrical errors that is present in the input dataset propagates to the output model.
