Summary:The population in Indonesia is getting higher in number. This causes limited land to be used as a place to live, especially in big cities like Bandung, which is the center of West Java Province. An effective solution to increase the capacity of dwellings with limited land is vertical dwellings consisting of apartment. This apartment must be well designed in order to maximize benefits and minimize risks to people. In addition, this building also has a function as retail as a place of shopping. The structure is lifted with reinforced concrete material using a Dual System with Special Moment Resistant Frame System and Special Structural Wall System to be resistant to earthquakes. The purpose of this thesis is to do modeling, checking the behavior of the structure, determining the dimensions of concrete structural elements along with reinforcement details for the main structure. This thesis refers to SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2013, and SNI 2847-2019 as guide line.
