<b>Abstract :</b><p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The implementation of land registration conducted sporadically, which utilizes local coordinate system , has resulted in the existing flying parcel . They are certified parcel but are not recorded in the registration map . Those flying parcel , therefore , may contribute to the existence of duplicate certificates.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> There are several methods may be utilized in grounding the flying parcel into the registration map . They are small format aerial photogrametry , photo map method , teristrial method and method utilizing the available registration map . This research has been conducted to study the grounding of flying parcel using the photo map .<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Based on the conducted research , it may be concluded that the grounding of the flying parcel using the photo map may be implemented on the flying parcel , where dimension and form of the parcel on situation figure do not change in the field and the boundaries are clearly seen on the photo map .
