However, the currently existing attendance recording system still has difficulty in detecting students who have attendance problems as early as possible so that the handling of these students become too late to do. The student attendance recording system that will be developed is expected to be able to overcome the issue by using devices that can identify each student in the process of recording attendance data and the data can be directly connected to the database in real time so that student attendance can be immediately monitored. This paper will discuss about the design and implementation of embedded system using real-time operating system (RTOS) on fingerprint identification-based attendance device. text |
