The stadium’s transportation planning covers up 4 aspects: parking space analysis, stadium’s traffic impact assessment, stadium’s access road and parking pavements, and parking gate analysis. As the conclusion of the design which will be completely explained in this paper, it is determined that there should be an additional parking space for cars and buses, meanwhile the writer recommends to build a parking building particularly for motorcycles. The assessment result also suggests to increase the number of lanes at the impacted roads around the stadium. For the stadium’s access road and parking, it is recommended to use flexible pavement with total 35 cm thickness. And finally, to avoid excessive queue, the writer recommends to provide 8 parking gates for the audience’s vehicles. To estimate the stadium’s construction cost, it is important to breakdown the construction methods first. Henceforth, the writer calculates the volume of each construction works based on the structural, geotechnical, transportation, and water resource design output. The volume then will be multiplied with Ministry of Public Works and Housing standards of unit price analysis. As the calculation’s result, it is determined that the stadium’s construction cost is Rp 1,961,045,105,738. text
