Summary: | Cibadak Building is a mixed-use building that can be used for apartment, hotel, recreational facility, and a shopping center. Cibadak Building is 11 stories high above ground with a total height of 46.35 m and 2 stories basement with height of 4 m each. One of the most important aspect of the design of Cibadak Building is the transportation aspect that with wide range of criteria from parking area, circulation, until traffic impact that is caused by the building.
The objective of this thesis is to design the transportation facilities which are parking area, transportation circulation, road pavement, traffic impact analysis, and storm-water drainage. The traffic impact is analyze using micro model simulation with the help of PTV. VISSIM software. Handbooks or guidelines that is used are Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017, Pedoman Teknis Penyelanggaraan Fasilitas Parkir 1996, and Tata Cara Perencanaan Sistem Plambing 2005.
The design result of parking facility is alternative 1 for transportation circulation and parking area with 277 slots for car and 192 slots for motorcycle. Pavement facility is an overlay for building road and flexible pavement asphalt for access road. The proposed alternative for existing road network is to get rid of on-street parking in Cibadak Street so it can be used effectively as a 2 lane road. Drainage facility is a trapezoidal surface drainage, roof drainage, and Ground Water Tank for storm-water collector and regulator. |
