The system is designed with an exhaust fan as an actuator to create air flow, can display readings of dust intensity, humidity, and air temperature readings, and can be controlled automatically. In carrying out its duties, this system requires a sensor system that is used for reading the intensity of dust, humidity, and ambient temperature by specifying the design, implementation, and testing of sensor systems consisting of sensors of dust intensity, humidity, and temperature. The system requires sensors that can read temperature data at the range of 0-50 °C, gumidity at the range of 30-100%, and dust intensity at teh range of 0-500 ?g/m3 . Based on those requirements, the sensor system was developed using the PMS7003 sensor module as a dust intensity sensor and the BME280 sensor module as a humidity and temperature sensor. The implementation and test results shows that the temperature sensor gives a reading with an error smaller than ± 5% for the humidity sensor and smaller than ± 1ºC for the temperature sensor and the produced casing does not fulfill the required rating of IP51 text |
