The upper structure is built using steel material and the bottom structure is built using reinforced concrete material. The structural system used in this building is Special Moment Frame (SFM). Methodolgical approach that will be used in this project are literature review and structure modelling. Code requirements of dynamic analysis and structure analysis in this project refers to SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2018, SNI 2847-2019,and SNI 1729-2015. In addition, structural analysis and design of this project is handled by ETABS 2017. The design scope focuses on analyzing the behavior of structures against earthquakes by response spectrum analysis and detailing elements of the main building structures. Composite beam is used in the upper structure floor. For the connection design, will using reduced beam section. text
