Cibadak Style Hub is a mixed – used building located on Jalan Cibadak, Astana Anyar, Kota Bandung, Bandung City, West Java with a land area of 7.462,5 m2. Cibadak Style Hub's structural planning consists of determining the method of construction implementation, project scheduling along with estimated project costs. Working scope are limited for structural and drainage work. Construction methods and methods of implementing construction are planned by dividing the work into several work packages. The work package begins with preparatory work. The lower structure work consists of making diaphragm walls, excavation and strutting system, and raft foundation work. The upper structure work itself consists of column work, beams, plates, sliding wall work and assembly of space frame structures. Drainage works and rainwater utilization consists of drainage works and rainwater harvesting. Based on project scheduling, the total duration of construction for this project is 541 days. This plan refers to work with heavy equipment lead and work with workforce lead resources. Planning also produces project critical paths. In estimating project costs, estimates are carried out from a consultant planner, so that the resulting cost is an Engineer Estimate which will be used by the owner as a reference in the implementation and auction. Cost estimation is carried out by the method of unit price analysis in accordance with Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016 concerning Price Analysis of Public Works Sector Work Unit. The estimated project value is IDR 224,304,773,211.75 with per meter square cost is Rp5,407,484.67, where the estimated results include direct costs and indirect costs.
