In teaching and learning process in higher education institution, communication between lecturers and students have important rules. Now communication between lecturers and students need places and times, when places and times are limited This problem can be helped by arranging an information system that is implemented in Internet technology. So Internet can be a bridge for a distance learning system, beside that it can be a communication facility between lecturer and student, like webbrowser and email. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Generally a system that will be developed is a distance learning system that can be accessed by two sides with relatif easyly and it is built with relatif cheap cost. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
This information system that will be built, is like client / server database system. <br />
<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Server is built by using Linux operation system, mainwhile the client/server database engine is using MySQL. PHP as a language program to make user interface in HTML style, which connect user and database where Internet as a communication lines. |
