Summary:Bandung is the capital of West Java which has a high population. Also, Bandung is a tourist destination with various attractions. To meet housing needs, it is necessary to build an infrastructure. Cibadak One Building is designed to meet the needs of a place to live which is located on Jalan Cibadak no 43 Bandung. The building has 2 towers as a residence, a podium as a commercial area, and a 2-story basement that functions as a parking lot. Cibadak One use concrete as the main structure and a dilatation system which divides into 3 main parts in which 2 of them use a core wall as earthquake resistance. It has a truss system roof that is located above the podium and on top of the tower that connects one another. The design uses the ultimate loading design for building analysis calculations using 2-stage modeling. The design has considered the possibilities that occur in the construction system. The scope of this final project will focus on superstructure design including a cross-sectional design of the building, analysis of building stability, and a section detailing the following Indonesian regulations. The results of this final project are in the form of a final project work report and technical drawings for the construction of the multifunctional Cibadak One building.
