Starting with calculating the number of trips due to 8 Park Cibadak building which will be used to analyzed the traffic impacts and transportation facility planning including parking design and access road pavement. The analysis is done by using MKJI 1997 and microsimulation modeling of vehicle movements around the Cibadak area using PTV Vissim software. The evaluated parameters include delay time, queue length, and level of intersection services. The parking design of the building will be designed according to the Parking Facilities Technical Guidelines. The parking area can be accessed through the access road that will be designed to the entrance of the 8 Park Cibadak building so that an access pavement design must be done within the 8 Park Cibadak building area. Road Pavement is designed using the 2017 MDPJ standard. The results of this final project are traffic management recommendations, parkingdesign and queue analysis and pavement design for access roads. text |
