Description
Summary:The West Kalimantan International Seaport, Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan, is a seaport built with the purpose of being the main gate of export and import goods in Kalimantan island, especially in the West Kalimantan Province. The design for the West Kalimantan International Port is divided into two parts of construction, namely offshore and onshore construction. In this final project, the geotechnical structure of the offshore construction will be simplified into a wharf structure measuring 60 meters x meters. The designed geotechnical structure is a foundation system that is able to withstand loads from the structure above it. Spun pile foundations are used for this project. Axial bearing capacity of a single pile is based on the API method approach calculated with Microsoft Excel software. Lateral bearing capacity of a single pile is calculated with ENSOFT LPILE software. Pile group analysis is not taken into account because the substructure design does not include pile grouping. Settlement analysis for immediate settlement is based on the soil – structure interaction method calculated with MIDAS GTS NX software, and the settlement analysis for consolidation settlement is calculated with PLAXIS 2D software and manual calculations
