Description
Summary:Indonesia is one of country with the largest population in the world, so the demand of aspects such as a place to live, entertainment, etc. increases. The distribution of population in Indonesia is spread into urban areas, where Bandung is the one of highest population in Indonesia. This case makes Bandung need more space for people to live. Cibadak One Project is a solution for limited space which has many functions that people need. Cibadak One Building is located in Ciabadak street no.43, Bandung, which is designed with diaphragm wall and bored pile group. In this final paper, an excavation of 8 meter is supported bv a diaphragm wall with strutting system. Analysis diaphragm wall and strutting system have been done by using PLAXIS 2D with Mohr-Coulomb model. The diaphragm wall has 0,8 meter thickness and depth of penetration up to 18 meter long. Two types of strutting system are designed in elevation of -1 meter and -5 meter for the first type, and for the other types are designed in elevation of -0,7 meter and -4,7 meter. This project uses bored pile foundation. The single pile capacities are calculated using Reese & Wright methods. Lateral capacities are calculated by LPILE, while group pile are analyzed by GROUP. Reinforcement design for both foundations and retaining wall are designed using Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for Concrete Constructions.
