This project has 2 floors as mall, 33 floors as apartment, 1 floor as rooftop, and 3 floors as basement. This structure modeled using ETABS and designed based on SNI 1726-2019 for earthquake resistant building, SNI 1727-2013 for minimum design loads for building, and SNI 2847-2019 for reinforced concrete building designs. Structural design using two stage procedure which the upper portion is a special moment resisting frame system (SMF) and special structural wall system (SSW), while the lower portion is an intermediate moment resisting frame system (IMF) and special structural wall system (SSW).
