Structural planning includes design superstructure and basement structure. The planning structural is divided into two parts, which are substructure and superstructure. Those parts of the structure use The Special Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMK) and The Special Structural Wall System (SDSK). The applied loads on the structure refer to SNI 1727:2013 about Minimum Load for Designing Bulidings and Other Structures, ASCE 7-10 about Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures. The design procedure for earthquake resistances building structure refers SNI 1726:2012 about Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non-Building Structures. For structural element, the planning refers to SNI 2847:2013 about Structural Concrete Requirements for Building. The results on structural planning and designing for Mixed-Use Cibadak Style Hub Building Project are 16 beam designs, 7 types of column designs, 7 types of shear wall designs, and 5 type of plate designs including parking ramp and stairway plate design. text
