Therefore, the concept that is carried is Vertical Mixed Use Area so that with the limited land availibility, all the facilities can still be built in a strategic area of DKI Jakarta. The basis of area development planning is sustainable areas by integrating environmental, community, and economic factors into the plan. One of the breakdown of sustainable areas is the existence of a sustainable drainage system with the rain runoff storage in the area, so that it can be reused as a reserve of raw water sources, fire fighting systems, watering the landscape, as flood control, and others. In the process of designing a sustainable drainage system, a hydrological analysis process will be analyzed to determine the rainfall intensity of the design area. Rainfall data from 2010-2019 was taken from the closest BMKG Observation Station from the study location, that is Kemayoran Station with the 5-year rain return period of 192,092 mm / hour. Water conservation technology in the form of retention ponds as water bodies where runoff is collected. Total drainage channels will be built along the 725.93 m equipped with 4 culverts and 878,25m2 Steel Grating. The volume of retention ponds to be built is 6427,43 m3. text |
