INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/51265 Govermental Decree Number 41 of 1999 concerning Air Pollution Control defines inventory as an activity to obtain data and information relating to air quality. This activity must be carried out by the agency responsible for the control of environmental impacts in the area. A number of research and studies on inventory had been done, but not yet include spatial distribution for cities in Indonesia. In this study, an inventory is carried out for the City of Tangerang and Tangerang Regency. The inventory focused on calculating air pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur oxides (SOx) and particulate matters (PM10 and PM2.5) from 6 different sectors. Sectors included in this research are transportation, industrial, power plant, residential, agriculture, and animal husbandry. The inventory methodology refers to the Technical Guidelines for the Compilation of Air Pollutant Emissions in Cities (KLH, 2013). In the guideline, it is written that in determining the emission load of a polluter, activity data and emission factors are needed from each sector. The activity data referred to here are fuel consumption, agricultural land area, crop productivity, and the number of livestock per year. The data was obtained from related agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, Pertamina, BPH Migas, and PGN. Meanwhile, the emission factors used in this study refer to the Guidelines for Developing Emission Inventory in East Asia (Japanese Ministry of Environment, 2011) and the EMEP / EEA Guidebook 2009. The results of the inventory are the value of the emission load from various sectors in Tangerang City and Regency in 2015- 2019. The emission load of year 2017 will then be distributed spatially by applying the Geographical Information System (GIS) method into a grid with a resolution of 2 km x 2 km using QGIS software. The results of gridding will make it easier to identify pollutants in a certain area and increase the accuracy of the data. The calculation results show that the highest emission load are for CO, who mainly influenced by transportation sector. text
