Description
Summary:Undang-undang No 28 Tahun 2002 state that one of the requirements for building reliability is the need for sanitation both inside and outside the building. To support these requirements, a wastewater drainage system is needed in the form of a wastewater plumbing system that is designed according to the structure of the building and the function of the room. In this final project the wastewater plumbing system is designed in a lifestyle-based shopping center building. The design is carried out with due regard to SNI 8153: 2015 and some other related literature. The wastewater plumbing system implemented is a separate drainage between blackwater and greywater. By applying the green building concept, the building is equipped with a water recycling unit for greywater for the purpose of being used as flushing water. Special treatment is applied to kitchen sinks that will go through the grease trap before entering the greywater system. The pipes used in the waste water plumbing system are PVC type D with a pipe diameter range of 2 "to 6". Based on the calculation of the number of plumbing tools, the building will produce 141.45 m3/day wastewater. 127.36 m3 / day of Greywater will be flowed to the water recycling unit while 14.09 m3 / day of blackwater will be flowed to the sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 18m3.
