In order to support the resolution of this problem, wastewater plumbing system in the Coventional Apartment of Cilebut building needs to be presented. Provision of a wastewater system is one of the building requirements according to UU No. 28/2002. Conventional Apartment of Cilebut consists of seven (7) floors with one (1) basement. Design of wastewater plumbing system refers SNI 8153: 2015 concerning Plumbing Systems in Buildings and applies the Green Building principle by separating black and greywater drains and reusing treated greywater for toilet flushing and plant watering. Blackwater, greywater and ven pipes diameter range from 1.5 inches to eight (8) inches with pipes used PVC type D. Blackwater flowrate is 9.56 m3/ day and it was treated using one (1) Biofilter unit with 10 m3/day capacity, while the greywater flowrate is 362.96 m3/day and it treated using a screen chamber unit, grease trap, equalization tank, sedimentation tank, rotating biological contactor (RBC), sand and carbon filters and chlorine solution disinfectant. Blackwater effluent quality standard using domestic wastewater standard according to PermenLHK No. 68/2016 concerning Domestic Wastewater Quality Standards, and greywater processing quality standards using hygienic water quality standards according to PermenKes No. 32/2017 as well as standards for water reuse requirements for greywater in China, Saudi Arabia and the UK. Drainage channel design refers to Urban Drainage book by MODUTO (1998). The average runoff discharge received by the drainage channel is 0.014 m3/s, with an average depth of 0.21 m and width of 0.19 m. The infiltration filed is installed underground (subsurface) with a stormwater chamber type as many as 54 units on a 13 m x 19 m yard area. Economic analysis using the Net Present Value (NPV) shows a positive result of Rp482,397,330 and financial analysis using the payback period shows the period that occurs after 24 years. text |
