Population growth in the city of Bandung causes the high demand for housing as a basic need of every human being. Limited land creates its own problems in its fulfillment. Vertical housing can be a solution to this problem and Bumi Someah Bandung with mixed use buildings (retail and apartments) is here to fulfill it. Planning for this project requires a variety of civil disciplines such as the fields of structure, geotechnics, air, and construction management. The Construction Engineering Management Plan for the Someah Bandung Earth Project begins with determining the method of carrying out work from various fields based on aspects of space, time, cost, safety. The project begins with preparatory work, next is the work of the substructure design of the bore pile foundation and the retaining wall of the diaphragm wall with ground anchorage reinforcement, then for the planning of the superstructure the -cast-in situ method is used for the concrete component, and then the water work is used concrete ¬ pre-cast U-ditch formations for bottom drainage channels. Based on the planning with this method, it is found that the cost required by the technical approach is Rp. 156.532.740.809 for the total construction project construction. The planning method also resulted in the duration being compiled into a project schedule starting on 1 June 2022 and ending on 25 Oktober 2023.
