This Final Project discusses about the construction management design on the construction of Bumi Someah Apartment and Retail located in Bandung, West Java. This construction management design consists of construction method, scheduling, and project cost estimation. In addition, this construction project includes general condition, preparation, earth works, lower structure, and upper structure, water management system, and architecture. The construction method that is used by the author is bottom up in which the construction phase begins with building a retaining wall and foundation, followed by soil excavation from the ground level to the second basement level. Following that, the project continued with the basement and upper structure construction. To estimate the project cost, the author utilizes the unit cost analysis method with Lampiran Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakya Nomor 28/PRT/M/2016 Tentang Pedoman Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum. The author utilizes Archicad Building Information Modelling (BIM) software for the upper structure quantity take off and Microsoft Project for the scheduling. The total cost of this project is Rp 211.471.566.802.00 or Rp. 5.667.956.00/m2. /m2. The construction phase start on August 3rd 2020 until June 27th 2022 or estimated to be completed in 692 calendar days.
