Some of the potentials for oil and gas is onshore. Therefore, the required infrastructure of docks to enable the delivery of oil and gas in a state of crude oil or processed into another area. This Final Project will discuss the design of the pier structure on Oseil Field Development with wharf structure dolphin type deck on pile serving liquid bulk commodities in the form of petroleum. The pier dolphin consists of three main structural components, namely loading platforms, breasting dolphins, and mooring dolphins. The jetty design begins with secondary data collection in the form of environmental and jetty operational data. Secondary data processing will produce preliminary design of the pier in the form of dimensions and structural elements of the pier. Then, modeling the dock structure using software assistance. The results of modeling are in the form of a unity check ratio, structural deflection, internal forces, and the placement reaction of the dock structural elements. The force in the structural elements of the modeling results is used as the basis for the reinforcement design of the pier structural elements. Then, specifically for the structural elements of the loading platform, it is designed to use precast concrete because precast concrete has many advantages compared to conventional concrete. The design of structural elements with precast concrete includes analysis of the conditions of lifting, installation, and support. All structural elements are designed in such a way as to form a monolithic structure. The final stage is the calculation of the bearing capacity of the soil to determine the depth of the pile plan so that it is able to withstand the load of the structure support reaction. text |
