The Kalijati IKK Unit which serves Kalijati and Dawuan Districts was chosen as the branch chosen for development because it has the potential for population growth accompanied by the development of industrial estates as well as the gateway to and out of the Cipali toll road. In addition, there are still villages that have not been reached by PDAM services and the majority still use groundwater for their daily needs, so that only about 10% of drinking water users use the PDAM piping system. The development is planned during the 20 year planning period which is divided into two phases, first stage in the planning year 2021-2030 and second stage in the planning year 2031-2040. The projection of water demand in the next 20 years is 90.59 liters/second, so the Cibodas IPAM requires an expansion of the installation with a production capacity of 100 liters/second. Based on the hydraulic analysis of the existing distribution network, the size of the distribution pipes and pumps is not sufficient for use in the next 20 years, so that in this plan a change in pipe size and replacement of pump capacity is carried out. This planning resulted in three alternative paths for the Kalijati SPAM IKK distribution network system, including branch patterns, combinations, and loops. The alternative chosen based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a branching pattern. Cost of this developing distribution system is Rp. 7,330,000,000,00. text |
