Not only access, the main goal of SDG is proper sanitation. There will be planning for an area-scale domestic wastewater management installation that will be planned at the Pharmindo Housing Complex with an area of 232,028 meters and inhabited by 96 households, so an area IPAL with a processing capacity of at least 360 people is required. At present, 90% of each house already has a septic tank for each house. In this study, planning and analysis will be planned for the initiation of planning for the construction of a local wastewater treatment plant, namely in the form of a pipeline network plan and appropriate alternative technology for the regional conditions and community of the Pharmindo Housing complex. Melong District, South Cimahi. Currently, Pharmindo residents use a means of transporting sludge from the use of septic tanks, or even not draining the septic tanks at all, thus endangering the environment. Under these conditions, a local domestik wastewater management system with several alternative pathways and technologies will be planned such as ABR (Anaerobic Bafle Reactor), UAF (Upflow Anaerobic Filter), and RBC (Rotating Biological Contactor) which will be analyzed using the SAW (Simple Additive Weigh) method. , to determine its suitability and effectiveness in the application of area-scale WWTP at the Pharmindo Complex, Melong The output of this study is a planning document for a wastewater management system that can treat wastewater safely before being discharged into receiving water bodies. The Pharmindo Complex Wastewater Treatment Plant will be planned with a capacity of 0.00051 m3 / s or 44.5 m3 / day. With the condition of the house connection that has a septic tank and adequate toilet equipment, a Small Bore Sewer system will also be planned based on the principle of the piping network being built. With the effluent from the small bore sewer which has a septic tank that deposited most of the Total Solid, an Anaerobic Baffle Reactor system will be planned which has higher advantages compared to the other 2 alternatives analyzed using the SAW (Simple Additive Weigh) method. The total cost budget plan obtained is IDR 237,409,753 with an estimated operating cost requirement of IDR 39,830,000 for each year. text
