Summary:Cibadak One is a Mixed Use Building located in Bandung, West Java. Cibadak One is designed to make more adequate facilities for culinary tourism areas and everyday goods by responding to existing conditions and problems. In addition, Cibadak One is known to be adjacent to the Citarum River. Cibadak one is a big structure consisting of 10 floors with 2 basement floors. Therefore, Cibadak One needs an analysis that can ensure that the tributary of the Citarum River is not flooded, thus disrupting activities in Cibadak One. The design of this apartment requires support from various sector, one of which is water resources. The sector of water resources in this project also includes designing a drainage system and applying the ecodrain principle. The purpose of drainage system design is to accommodate rainwater that falls in this apartment area so that there is no puddle when it rains. The design of this drainage system starts with collecting data, processing and analyzing data, and determining the dimensions of the channel plan by referring to the applicable standards. Drainage channel that is planned is a drainage channel at ground level. In applying the Zero Delta Q principle to this apartment, a water storage area is needed in the form of a Ground Water Tank. The rainwater that falls on the roof will be accommodated in the Ground Water Tank and will be used as raw water for residents of this apartment.
