This includes One-roof Schools in rural areas with low accessibility. The issue highlighted in this study is the infrastructure with a focus in furniture. Generalization of furniture’s specification for all levels has a negative impact on students at each level. Mainly related to physical aspects due to the difference on the size and strength of the body. This study aims to design a furniture or One-roof School that adjusts the needs and conditions of the case study in Cibitung Village, Rongga District, West Bandung Regency. The design process involves local communities directly, using participatory observation methods to achieve designs that are appropriate and in accordance with local capabilities. The design result is produced by considering aspects of students’ anthropometry, teaching-learning patterns in the classroom, the availability of local materials, and the capabilities of local producers. The making of these furniture is one of the efforts to develop the community and empower local materials to support local education. text
