Cibadak Style-hub is a building, designed as a multifunctional residential building and shopping center. This building is located on Jalan Cibadak, Bandung. Jalan Cibadak is known as a crowded street during the day, also at night. However, the conditions in this area is quite slum. Therefore, it needs a revitalization while still having two main functions, residential and shopping center. In this paper, the steps for planning the structure of the Cibadak Style-hub building will be discussed, using a reinforced concrete, with a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). The design uses applied standard in Indonesia, which is Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). The design, described in this thesis, is the planning of building structures, including the upper structure and the basement, which will be described from modeling, checking the performance of earthquake resistant structures, until determining the dimension and reinforcement of the structural elements used. Structural design will be using few software, ETABS17 for modeling, and SAFE16 and PCACOL for planning the details of structural elements. Structures, which are designed must be ensured to meet the requirements of earthquake resistant structures according to SNI, while having the ability to withstand planned loads, such as dead loads, additional dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and earthquake loads.
