The objective of the study is to decide the exact strategic of each category of Libo SE Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) development. The alternatives were created for each strategic decision based on result simulation study on forecasting oil recovery, oil production per day (BOPD), capital cost investment, operating cost, and also the exact scenarios of EOR development which will be implemented. All the main strategic themes will be evaluated to get optimum oil recovery by using the current assets/facilities.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Almost 70% assets in Libo area is from Libo SE field (based on remaining reserves of oil and gas). The potential of FOR development in Libo SE field is 5680 ft oil sand formation which is contributed 90% of oil reserved in Libo SE field. Furthermore, the EOR development in Libo area will be focused of 5680 ft oil sand of Libo SE field only. The selection strategic of EOR development in Libo SE field based on economic value of oil recovery, capital investment and efficiency cost.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
The evaluation of this case study is based on technical and economical analysis. The technical evaluation consists of EOR screening which is evaluating nine EOR process including water-flood, also this process is supported by laboratory test and simulation model. Water-flood is the best result of technical evaluation. Furthermore, economical analysis with scenario by added 12 drilling production wells and continuing the current peripheral water-flood is the optimum result of FOR development in Libo SE. |
