Summary:Cibadak Building is a mixed-use building that functions as an apartment and commercial area with additional entertainment facilities. This building is needed to increase various economic activities simultaneously. This final project discusses the planning aspects of construction management in the construction of the Cibadak Building. In general, the scope of this Final Project includes breaking down Work Breakdown Structures, planning implementation methods that include site plans and zoning, quantifying take-off, determining scheduling based on productivity, and estimating project costs in detail. The construction method is planned by dividing it into work packages. Determination of the duration of work is carried out based on two factors, namely based on lead resources for heavy equipment and lead resources for labor. Detailed cost estimates are carried out with a unit price based on SNI and Permen PU No. 28 of 2016 and resource enumeration. The total duration of construction of this project is 556 days starting January 10, 2022 to October 19, 2023. Preparatory work is carried out for 41 days, substructure work for 118 days, superstructure work for 405 days, drainage work for 5 days and pavement work for 9 days. The cost estimation process resulted in the project's Budget Plan (RAB) of Rp. 137,973,639,022.
