The Bendo Dam with a watershed area of 130.42 km2 is a dam built in East Java. The functions of this dam are to provide raw water needs for Ponorogo and Madiun Regencies, irrigation network system, Ponorogo Regency electricity demand, and flood control system. Sedimentation is a serious problem commonly found in dams, especially in East Java Province. Soil and water conservation, specificly in the watershed can extend the lifespan of this reservoir and reduce the impact of flooding in the Bendo Dam watershed. The impact of watershed conservation is done using ArcMap 10.5. This Bendo Dam has the potential to be collapse due to natural disaster such as earthquake. To anticipate this incident and reduce the loss of property and life, an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is prepared. The dam collapse modelling is done using HEC-RAS with overtopping and piping collapse scenarios. The modelling results are used as tha basis for determining the evacuation map
