Summary:The Design of transportation facilities for mixed use building, Guyub Teduh Residence Bandung has two main overview aspects.The first aspect is the analysis of trip and traffic impact on the nearest road network and intersection from the apartment location. Trip calculations are carried out based on the building function such as residential, retail, supermarket, office and restaurant. The modelling of road network and intersection using micro-simulation models with the help of the PTV VISSIM software. The modelling is carried out in existing traffic conditions, then validated with GEH statistical formula so that the result model can represent the field conditions. Then to determine the traffic impact caused by the apartment, modelling was carried out on the condition of the apartment being built. The second aspect is the design of the transportation facilities which consist of pavement design for apartment access road and apartment parking designs. The pavement design follows the Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 with the traffic load data from the trip calculation. Apartment parking design is done by calculating the apartment parking space requirements and analyzing the performance with data from similar apartments. The result of this design are the thickness of the access road pavement and parking design in the basement of the apartment.
