The most severe tidal floods in Cirebon city are in Panjunan village, tidal floods occur every year and the intensity is increasing based on cirebon city kbpd. Adaptation efforts are needed to improve the quality of human resources in order to have a level of adaptive capacity to disasters. The activity is carried out in order to reduce the risk posed by the impact of tidal flooding. The purpose of this study is to identify the adaptive capacity of coastal communities to rob floods in Cirebon city with the methods used are interpolation analysis and content analysis. In analyzing the data obtained from geotagging, observation, as well as interviews. The result is the height of rob flooding that occurs in coastal areas in Panjunan village has varying puddle heights.
