These electronic repeaters don\'t allow for nearly the transmission speeds that the fibers themselves can support and are thus the limiting factor in traditional optical communications. Current research into fiber optics technology has found solitary waves which is stable an nondispersive can interact strongly with other waves and retain its identity,called soliton. Solitons are not as susceptible to the effects of dispersion, and although they are subject to losses due to attenuation they can be amplified.<br /> <p align=\"justify\"> The focus of this report is a study on some criteria about soliton transmission system, such as pulse generator, fibre optics, and soliton amplification. text |
