Therefore, at this Final Project will be discussed regarding Operational System Design of Bungkutoko Container Terminal Phase 1. Operational System Design is based on Port Master Plan which have been set by Indonesian government. The operational system design involves apron operational system design, yard operational system design, cost calculation and container handling rates. Apron operational system design involves apron area design, mooring configuration, handling tools determination, and capacity calculation of container handling design capacity at apron. Yard operational system design involves yard area design, handling tools determination, horizontal transport determination, capacity calculation of container handling design capacity at yard, and horizontal transport operational system design. Cost calculation and container handling rates involves equipment price calculation, capital cost calculation, expenses and income calculation per year, also container handling rates calculation. Cost calculation and container handling rates carried out under a total procurement scenario, initial investment costs are borrowed with payback period for 10 years. text
