An important problem it faces is foreign exchange rate. The changes of foreign exchange rate have a great impact of performance of an organization with transaction payable in some foreign currencies.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
The problem faced by this firm is great loss due to difference in foreign exchange rate; it is because it imports a grater parts of its facilities and spare parts, long enough time lag between purchasing contract and payment and exchange rate that used in payment. So the difference in exchange rate caused losses in the firm.<p align=\"justify\"> <br />
Based on results of research, writer recommeds that firm must be make hedging (value protection) toward its payable transactions. It is because the firm, by hedging, will get a certainty of fund for its transaction and may decrease the risk of its transaction imposed by fluctuation of exchange rate. These hedging techniques are Money Market either by owned cash or borrowes one, option contract and borrowing in foreign currency and carrying out swap transactioan. <br />
