Along with the increase in population, the number of needs from all aspects, including health, supporting facilities such as offices, sports centers, and shopping centers, also increases. Cibadak Mixed Use Building is designed to accommodate these needs. In designing the Cibadak Mixed Use Building, several aspects are reviewed, in the form of the upper structure, lower structure, water resources, and construction engineering management. The scope of Planning for the Management Aspects of the Mixed-Use Cibadak Building Project Management using Steel Struts system generally includes conducting the Work Breakdown Structures, planning of implementation methods that include site plans and zoning, quantifying work volume, determining schedule based on productivity, and estimating project costs in detail for preparation work., lower structure work, upper structure work, and water resources work. The determination of the duration of work is based on two factors, namely, based on lead resources for heavy equipment and lead resources for labor. Detailed cost estimation is carried out using two methods, namely unit price using SNI and ministerial regulation of PUPR No. 28 of 2016 and resource enumeration. The Cibadak Building project will be implemented from January 3, 2022, to January 8, 2024, with a total duration of 526 days. Preparatory work is carried out for 32 days, lower structure works for 275 days, upper structure works for 315 days, and.water resource work for 19 days. The project budget plan is IDR 152.759.665.787, with a percentage of costs of 0.709% for preparatory work, 32.79% for substructure work, 64.18% for superstructure work, 0,714% for water resources work, and 1,591% for equipment purchases and rentals. text |
