INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/51645 PT XYZ is a company that operates in the construction and mining sector with mineral commodities C. The area of PT XYZ's Mining Business License (WIUP) is located in Mimika Regency, Papua Province. PT XYZ obtained a project to construct a cross embankment. Transportation is divided into 3 cycles, namely the transportation of material from the mine to ROM, then from ROM to the Stockpile, and from the stockpile to the embankment construction area. There are two mining areas named North Area East and North Area West. The production target of this research is taken from the production target for the construction of the embankment. There are two transportation routes, namely line A and line B with each stockpile located approximately 20 km from the embankment construction. For line A, with a total transportation distance of 57 km, the tools needed for the mining line to ROM in the first year are 3 tools, 8 tools in the second year, 11 tools in the third year, 12 tools in the fourth year, 17 tools in the fifth year and 8 tools in the sixth year. For the ROM path to Stockpile in first year 16 tools, 47 tools in the second year, 70 tools in the third year, 76 tools in the fourth year, 107 tools in the fifth year, and 51 tools in the sixth year. Then for the stockpile line to the embankment in the first year are 10 tools, 31 tools in the second year, 46 tools in the third year, 49 tools in the fourth year, 69 tools in the fifth year, and 33 tools in the sixth year. For line B, the distance is 61 km so that the tools needed for the mining route to ROM are 3 tools in the first year, 5 tools in the second year, 4 tools in the third year, 3 tools in the fourth year, 3 tools in the fifth year, and 0 tools in the sixth year. For the ROM path to stockpile in the first year are 18 tools, 33 tools in the second year, 30 tools in the third year, 26 tools in the fourth year, 19 tools in the fifth year, and 0 tools in the sixth year. Then for the stockpile line to the embankment in the first 10 tools, 18 tools in the second year, 16 tools in the third year, 14 tools in the fourth year, 10 tools in the fifth year, and 0 tools in the sixth year. The effect of stockpile distance on productivity is that the farther the distance, the greater the cycle time of the tool, the smaller the productivity. text
