Designing the communication network is a complex multiconstraint optimization problem. Designs for communication problem must meet conflicting and interdependent requirements. The solutions must satisfy the feasibility of optimal topological connections, routing and link capacity assignments. These assignment must minimize cost while satisfying traffic requirement and keeping network delays within permissible values.<p align=”justify”> <br />
