Summary: | The design of Guyub Teduh Residence, a mixed-use of retail and apartment
building, in the field of water resources consist of drainage system and rainwater
utilization. The drainage system is designed with the eco-drainage concept. This
concept makes rainwater that falls into the specified area flows into the subreservoir for reuse. The drainage system is designed with Rational Method by using
rainfall with 10 year return period using Gumbel Distribution Method. Rainwater
harvesting design is a concept in utilizing rainwater in the building area. The water
harvested will be used for vegetation and domestic needs in the area. The design
will be carried out using the Ministry of Public Works' Drainage Channel System
Making guide. The rainfall data used in this final project is obtained through
BMKG's online website with a span of 30 years. The results of this design are in
the form of drainage schemes, drainage section dimensions, piping schemes to
water the plants, sub-reservoir system, and scheduling for the execution of drainage
system. |
