Patient satisfaction is the main goal of a public health service. One indicator that health services are running well is that there are no patients who appear nervous or anxious while waiting in line in the waiting room. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors can influence a patient's anxiety while waiting in line in the clinic's waiting room. This study uses a qualitative method by observing directly to the field and not intervening the subject, so that the obtained data are realistic and natural. The research instrument used the researcher as an empathist who positioned himself as an observed subject. The results show that there is a relationship between sitting facilities and clinical patient anxiety. The solution to overcome this problem is to create a means of sitting down to stress or support the comfort of a resting position when the patient is sitting in a waiting chair.
