Summary:<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> SPTM concept is an autonomous distributed manufacturing system, which has flexibility. All of the production elements include production equipment have the authority to make decisions locally in selecting the best operation. In fact, there is some limitations because not every production element has equipment to support in making decision. Product for instance, it does not have an information processor too/ to select machining process locally. In the SPTM concept, product can automatically choose the best machining process based on information of a product. That is whyin actualizing the SPTM concept, one important step is to make a virtual mode/ of production system in a computer memory called virtual factory. To make virtual factory available with the real condition, in modeling a production system element must be given physical information or real information. In this research virtual factory is developed with equipment modeling based on solid model which consist of physical information like shape, position, translation, and rotation. Virtual factory modeling is developed using object oriented programming technique, C++ language. The output of this developing Zs software and can simulate development of physical construction of equipment at shopfloor.<p align=\"justify\">
