Summary:<b></i>Abstract :</b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> When the exploitation of water resources resulting from the implementation of development at Bandung Basin continue as today, doomsday will come immediately. Water resources will be scarce, industry will not run anymore, agriculture will be lack of water, consequently the economic growth will decrease automatically. <br /> <br /> The above situation is represented with model that is developed using system dynamics methodology. The system dynamics methodology is a policy modeling approach that is mainly used to increase the understanding of \"how\" and \"why\" dynamics phenomenon happens. <br /> <br /> The structure of the model used in this thesis is constructed based on the interconnections among the land use exchange dynamics, the population growth, the industry growth, the water resources availability, the water pollution, and the growth of regional domestic bruto. First, the model is used to simulate the probability of the happening of domsday situation in the next 30 year. Then, through analysis that domsday scenario, policy scenarios are designed to resolve the problem. The study shows that there are some policies those have to be implemented to resolve the problem need intensification in many level : river water have to be dam so it can be utilized, decreasing growth of industries, irrigation water have to be save, water for industries have to be save. Besides that, industrial productivity have to be increase over year.
