Description
Summary:Indonesia has been active in the oil and gas industry for more than 130 years, the first oil discovery in North Sumatra in 1885. Supporting facilities in oil and gas exploitation activities at sea are offshore bridges. The scope of the design consists into four analyses, in-place analysis, seismic, fatigue, and transportation. In-place analysis results in member stresses value, joint punching shear stresses, deflection on joint, and capacity on pile. Seismic analysis produces member stresses value, joint punching shear stresses, soil capacity, and natural period of structure. Fatigue analysis reviews fatigue life structure due to cyclic wave load so that it will produce service life value. The structural design is analyzed using SACS for structural and MOSES for stability. The design process is done using the RP2A-WSD API design standard. In the implementation of transportation, the platform needs to connect with barge using a strong connection to keep the structure safe. From barge stability analysis with stowage plan for one shipment using brage KREUZ 282 and tug Logindo Stamina can be fulfilled where the result of intact range stability calculation produces a roll angle value of 22° and for damage stability conditions where in compartment 2P and 7P are leaked with roll angle values of 0.10° and 0.92° respectively.
