The Toba Caldera Geopark has been a part of the UNESCO Global Geopark (UGG) since July 2020. In the process of realizing the Toba Caldera Geopark as a UGG, some criteria and conditions must be fulfilling. This research was conducted to evaluate the program's realization to fulfill these criteria. The programs realization has been carried out well, there have been organization, master plans, and community empowerment in the process of implementing the Toba Caldera Geopark development, but infrastructure has not yet been realized, such as geotracking routes, worship facilities, and several public facilities not yet available in some geosites. There are increased tourist visits during the development of the Toba Caldera Geopark, increased community income, and job opportunities for the community, but there was no change in the community's profession, especially in agriculture, which is the main sector of GRDP in the Toba Caldera Geopark area. The development of the Toba Caldera Geopark has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which have both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, a strategy to increase cooperation and promotion of the Toba Caldera Geopark is needed to maximize the potential and reduce the negative impact of the Toba Caldera Geopark development.
